End of Year Interview 2020 NotRasheed: ‘Not really saying it’s their fault, just wasn’t a good fit’

At Bandit Gang, the end of the year means the end of year interviews. All members are put to the test one by one about the events of the past year that shaped them. Private as well as business. In these interviews in which no mince of words will be stated, no taboos exist, sometimes harsh words are used and where you get a nice insight into the soul life of the interviewee.

Babyjosus: I should have thought about this before I started this series of interviews, but unfortunately I have to talk with all the members which includes you too NotRasheed. And I have been wondering. If you are NotRasheed, then who is Rasheed?

NotRasheed: So, I am from Saudi and things are strict here and my friend makes rap music and he couldn’t get hired because of it so he told me “whatever you do if you do anything online don’t call yourself Rasheed”.

BJ: And that’s why you call yourself NotRasheed. Very smart. How would you reflect on the year 2020 definitely NotRasheed?

R: I started the year casting an Artifact tournament, and Artifact 2.0 finally came out after a year and a half of waiting, but it sucks. So, that’s why I switched from a dead game to another dying game.

BJ: Damm, sounds like you had an absolute blast of a year. And that makes me think of something actually. Didn’t people stream porn in the Artifact category because nobody was paying attention to it?

R: Yeah, I started streaming way after Twitch cracked down on that and the section went back to being dead. But then again, half of my viewers were people who came looking for porn and for some reason stuck around. I was essentially a glorified just chatting streamer at that point cause it took 30-40 minutes to find a game.

BJ: And while waiting to find a game you start doing tests on stream like “Am I a dumb bitch?” to kill the time?

R: I have done everything from that to autism tests, to streaming Tinder, to streaming my dates from Tinder.

BJ: It sounds like you had a fun time then. Which from my perspective is something you didn’t experienced in Sensual Team. Could you give some insights regarding you leaving that team?

R: Maurandi talked to me once. To join the team and we didn’t really talk since. And everyone just talked in Spanish in the discord. I was really just in the team in name honestly. Not really saying it’s their fault, just wasn’t a good fit.

BJ: Fair enough. You joined Team Bandit Gang as a streamer for Gwent and not as a co-owner as you were promised. What happened there? And how have you been enjoying the teams atmosphere since then?

R: In regards to the co owner thing, I was scammed and Sensual Team won’t take me back. The atmosphere of the team I am really enjoying because they aren’t all typing in Spanish.

BJ: Yeah, that makes a lot of sense. Good thing our spoken language is English then. By the way, I saw on the Bandit Gang Twitter that you got kicked for a brief moment, what was that all about?

R: I was staging a mutiny to overtake Denpai as owner, but he got wind of it by a snitch and then that happened.

BJ: Once we finished the interview you can let me know off the record who the snitch is and I will take care of it. So, you are known as a streamer. What would you say was your funniest moment on stream this year?

R: Being excited for the launch of Artifact 2.0.

BJ: If that was the funniest moment on your stream this year then I am not sure what that even looked like. Anyway, lets talk about you as a content creator for Gwent. How does it feel to not be a Gwent partner?

R: Feels freeing, imagine being in that list with people like Zubedoo.

BJ: Oh god, I know all about that… so how about next year then.

R: Still not be Gwent Partner.

BJ: Sticking to your beliefs I see. Do you have any new year’s resolutions?

R: Not really no, how do you build on from perfection.

BJ: Ha, good one. You are a funny guy. So, anything you want to say to the reader in anticipation of 2021?

R: Follow NotRasheed on Twitch. Best looking Gwent streamer.

BJ: At least we know that you don’t lack of self-confidence.
